Welcome to the new grantdawsonmusic.com. I hope this site redesign provides a more interactive experience for all visitors. I’m excited to have it completed, and am looking forward to providing regular posts to this blog, updating everyone with performance stories, song-writing insights, and random anecdotes from my daily life.

Anyone who has looked at any of my prior blogging efforts will no doubt think I’m being ambitious when I say I’ll update this regularly, because heretofore I’ve been horrible at staying committed to these type of efforts, but I’m hoping that the sleek nature of this site and the ease of its administrative functionality will keep me a more regular user.

Thanks are due to the all too wonderful and gifted Shalanah Backus, who captained the redesign of grantdawsonmusic.com. I’m a lucky guy to have such a talented partner in crime.

As for the music… well, that’s perpetually a work in progress. My album, Spellbound Way, which admittedly was due to be completed by now, is almost done.  I’m gunning to have it done by early Fall. My show schedule for the next few months is falling into place and will kick-off on September 12th when I play keyboards with Cosmoline at HugoStock Music Festival, in Hugo, MN.
